company from others, both professionally and ethically.

All of my YELP reviews can be trusted. They are all 100% real, non-compensated or
rewarded feedback from actual clients and the real estate agents who refer me. (Also
read the ones YELP with holds, from YELP users who have low activity on YELP). Be
sure to ask our competitors for the same written commitment. If they balk or won't do it,
let that be a warning sign.

THIS IS NOT A MULTI-INSPECTOR HOME INSPECTION COMPANY

Consumers on Oahu need to be aware of Multi-Inspector firms. Some inspectors with
multi-inspector companies lack experience, or credible certification (if any). You do not
always know who is doing the inspection, because some of these companies do not
discuss, or show their inspectors let alone post their credentials. If you ask about
credentials, I have been told some give you a hard time. This can put you at high risk
of receiving an inferior, superficial inspection, especially in a State without regulation
for home inspectors. Be sure you know who you are getting, and what their credentials
are.  

REFERRED FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS

I never want my Clients to be suspicious I might have improper relationships with
Realtors, such as minimizing or omitting findings just to keep the referrals coming in. I
know many consumers worry about this, because they have expressed it to me. I firmly
believe Professional Home Inspectors should always be totally unrelated third parties,
and avoid all potential conflicts of interests at all costs. This is the only way to insure an
unbiased opinion, and the best way to protect everyone in the transaction. When a
Realtor refers my company, they do so for good reason. It says they care about you,
and that they trust me. Quite simply, my business is successful and growing because I
provide what is hard to find in today's world, things like honesty, high ethical standards,
and integrity. Oahu's best Realtors know the value of my service, because it protects
everyone involved in the transaction. Thorough inspections equate to risk reduction.

CLIENT SATISFACTION IS MY GOAL

Client satisfaction is my main objective. I spend as much time as needed (during and
after the inspection) to do the job right. This means my Clients receive the finest
service and product available anywhere. Client satisfaction far outweighs the
importance of any compensation I receive for my services.

DOING WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO

I do not write my reports based on Sellers Real Property Disclosures (SRPD's), or
casual disclosure from others. I do what I'm hired to do: A thorough inspection based
on the HAHI Standards Of Practice, reporting on conditions as they existed at the time
of inspection. Although I review SRPD's when presented to me, I do not rely on them.
The problem with them is they are typically vague or otherwise incomplete. My services
are not influenced by, or at the mercy of omissions & inaccuracies by others.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

If you, my Client, are not satisfied with my services, please write me within 30 days of
the original Inspection. You have my word: I will do everything in my power to satisfy
you, including a free re inspection if needed or a full refund if necessary. I am here to
help. I have confidence in, and stand behind my services.

INTEGRITY

If I arrive to perform your inspection and decide the home is in severe disrepair
following initial review (might I suggest the type project no one in their right mind would
take on) understand I reserve the right to actually decline the inspection. You will have
to respect my judgment and experience here. If I cancel the inspection, you would not
be charged a dime. Similarly, it does not make sense to inspect a home you plan on
totally gutting or rebuilding, unless you do not mind spending the money on our
services, in hopes you will get a better deal on the home.

INSPECTION STOP OPTION

If I arrive and encounter major defects early in the inspection in a home with good
potential otherwise, I (may) give my Client the option to continue, or discontinue the
inspection depending on circumstances. I never advise to buy or not to buy. If I stop the
inspection early, I reduce the fee accordingly to a fair consultation fee based on time.
The inspection stop-option is offered for local Clients who attend the entire Inspection
only.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If my Client encounters a major defect or problem ($1000 dollars or higher to repair)
that existed at the time of our inspection (one that we did not report on, that existed
and was readily accessible at the time of Inspection, and was not an exclusion of our
Standard of Practice or Contract), I will promptly refund the full Inspection fee, UP TO
$500.00. This must be brought to my attention in writing within 30 days of the original
Inspection date.

LOOKING OUT FOR OUR CLIENTS BEST INTERESTS

I will emphasize the importance and potential expense of a real problem, and the risk if
not repaired. Some individuals do not like this. If I hear your Realtor, or anyone else
trying to minimize my findings during an inspection, I will reiterate my comments as
needed to make sure my Client understands the gravity of my concern. I do not
minimize my findings to satisfy non Buyer agendas. Professional, ethical Realtors and
Brokers ALWAYS appreciate this position, and it has proven to be the key to my
success. You can expect nothing less than a thorough, honest, accurate inspection
from my company. My loyalty is to those I contract with and perform the inspection for.
Home Inspection is not a popularity contest. It is about informing Clients about one of
the biggest investments they will ever make. This policy alone has led to many a
standing ovation from my Clients, as they too get highly annoyed and suspicious when
anyone does not seem to be acting in their best interest. This is not to be confused
with being an alarmist. An alarmist is an inexperienced person who does not know how
to present findings in a constructive way, or know how to offer viable and creative
solutions to solve problems.

NOT IN THE REPAIR BUSINESS

I do not offer or solicit repair business from inspections. I am a specialist. My job is to
examine, educate and guide you about what you are buying or selling, not to make
repairs. By design, I am not a handyman or contractor on the side. This means you are
going to get an accurate, honest evaluation, without any hidden motives or agendas.
